We’re now 26 months into construction and the progress inside and out is really beginning to show. We’re on track to open in Q1 of 2019.
The exterior of the building is getting close to taking full form. The garage screen is being installed along Wewatta Street and ourAlpenglow terra-cotta continues to go up on levels 1-3.
Levels 4-10 are underway with interior inspections. Appliances are in our residences up to level 14. MEPF (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire) trim is in on levels 15-17. Wood floor installation has progressed up to level 17. And, cabinets, tile, countertops, shower glass, and mirrors are all being installed on levels 17-19.
Framing and drywall are complete in the Owners’ Lobby on the mezzanine level (1.5) and painting has begun.
The DIRTT glass wall partitions at the retail areas are installed and the circulation lights were hung last week.
We’re beginning to set up the garage equipment including the Rytec high-speed doors at the garage entrances.
We’ve started planting trees on all amenity decks, including the 18th floor pool deck, before winter arrives so the plants can establish their roots. We’ll have blooming trees for shade come summer next year.
